  1. Return product must be in a perfect condition, not broken, without any dirt, water, etc. It has to have complete INVOICE, TAG, as well as ORIGINAL PACKAGING.<\/li>
  2. WEARLUCA is entitled to reject the return request if it is found that the product is no longer in perfect condition as stated above.<\/li>
  3. Purchased product may be exchanged with other sizes if it is unfit (too big or too small). Purchased product CANNOT BE REFUNDED in any kind form (e.g cash, voucher, etc).<\/li>
  4. All shipping cost will be borne by customer.<\/li>
  5. WEARLUCA is not responsible for any risk of missed shipment or broken product that happen due to the negligence of the third party.<\/li>
  6. Claim is valid for maximum of 2×24 hours after the product is received based on shipping courier tracking bill (AWB).<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
