Refunds and Returns<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

We hope you enjoy WEARLUCA products.
In case you would like to refund or return a product, you have 30 days to send your purchase back to us using the following steps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Please complete the return form included as a print-out in your order. Please download the return form HERE.<\/li>
  • Please include the item(s), the packing list and the return form in the original packaging.<\/li>
  • Send your return to the address provided on the return form.<\/li>
  • Receive your refund within 5-10 working days.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Refunds Informations<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

    \u2022 Please indicate in the return form that you would like a refund.
    \u2022 We will refund the purchase amount within 5 to 10 business days after receiving your return via the original payment method.
    \u2022 The original purchase price for the products is refunded. Shipping costs are not credited.
    \u2022 If your purchase was made with a discount code, you will only receive back the amount paid. The discount code is no longer valid.
    \u2022 A gift card cannot be returned or exchanged for money.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Returns Terms & Conditions<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

    \u2022 After receiving your complete order, you have the right to return your order within our return period of 30 days.
    \u2022 Return product must be in a perfect condition, not broken, without any dirt, water, etc. It has to have complete INVOICE, TAG, as well as ORIGINAL PACKAGING (including any paper wrap or dust bag).
    \u2022 In the event of damage or incomplete items, a reduction in value will be charged. We will not accept items that have been worn. The one-time fitting of items is not considered as use.
    \u2022 We highly recommend using trackable mail or delivery confirmation. Unfortunately we cannot reimburse lost packages without a track & trace code.
    \u2022 The costs for returning are for your own account.
    \u2022 Returned packages are processed within 5 to 10 business days after receipt.
    \u2022 Packages ordered through a store other than the WEARLUCA webshop cannot be returned to us.
    \u2022 Multiple orders may be returned together, as long as all packing slips are included.
    \u2022 If one of your items has been delivered defectively, or you have received another item than ordered, please contact us by phone or e-mail.
