Return Policy

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Return product must be in a perfect condition, not broken, without any dirt, water, etc. It has to have complete INVOICE, TAG, as well as ORIGINAL PACKAGING.
2. WEARLUCA is entitled to reject the return request if it is found that the product is no longer in perfect condition as stated above.
3. Purchased product may be exchanged with other sizes if it is unfit (too big or too small). Purchased product CANNOT BE REFUNDED in any kind form (e.g cash, voucher, etc).
4. All shipping cost will be borne by customer.
5. WEARLUCA is not responsible for any risk of missed shipment or broken product that happen due to the negligence of the third party.
6. Claim is valid for maximum of 2×24 hours after the product is received based on shipping courier tracking bill (AWB).
