Yes, we ship worldwide. The product is available ready to ship. Once the payment is received, we can directly process your order.
What Shipping Courier or Agency Are Available?
The common courier used is by postal service / EMS. Should you prefer to ship by shipping carriers, such as DHL, FedEx, TNT, Janio, DPEX, or any other, kindly let us know.

How do I know if the order is processed? How do I track my order?
E-Mail updates will be sent directly to the E-Mail address or phone number you provided at the time of checkout. We will send out an order confirmation at the time of purchase and a shipping confirmation once your order has shipped, which will contain a link to track your package.
Can I exchange different size if it is not fit?
Yes, you are entitle to change the product. Kindly refer to our Return & Exchange policy HERE.
How Can I Return a Defect Product?
All products shipped have gone through detail QC to ensure the product is as per standard. We only received return product due to the manufacturing defect. You may address the inquiries to customerservice@wearluca.com.
